User Support

ESTEKA, offers HelpDesk Support services either remotely (exclusive or mutualized) or with displaced staff in the customer's premises. Generically the HelpDesk Support functions are summarized as::

  • Request management, subject to the registration and reporting performance in first levelhelp desk personnel and coordination of implementation by the various operational groups(installation technicians, equipment suppliers, etc ...)
  • Incident management, object of the benefits of registration, launch and monitor corrective and preventive actions, carried out in first level help desk staff, and secondly by equipmentmaintenance technicians HW, SW and support services.
  • Problem management, object of study and analysis capabilities of unknown cause involving asignificant problem in several incidents that have the same symptoms, which are assigned to groups of consultants and specialists in coordination with the management of IT services.(Level 3 Support).

Our vision of user support, and business is to create a system of flexible working andaffordable in price, where we can make the most of our products. By not hiring these services,not supposed to serve our customers, but we can not guarantee the immediate availability of the service.

Support Plans

We offer two types of support: Annual Plan and Packages hours. Choose the one that best suits your needs. In addition, to one of these plans, we will provide direct access to the HelpDesk where you can check ESTEKA anytime historical inquiries and response times. Knownat all times been found all incidents.
